What Full-Service Floral Design Includes
Our full-service floral design experience includes florals for the wedding party, ceremony, and reception. This may include personal flowers, ceremony focal pieces, aisle florals, cocktail hour details, centerpieces, reception installations, and other floral moments designed to bring your celebration together beautifully.
Full-service also includes the behind-the-scenes care required to execute your floral vision with ease. AD Florals manages flower sourcing, design planning, venue coordination or site visit when needed, transportation, on-site design, setup, styling, and post-event strike.
On your wedding day, a dedicated design team is present to manage floral delivery, installation, placement, and finishing touches so every floral detail is thoughtfully executed.

Share your celebration details through the inquiry form or book a floral discovery call. We'll review your vision, date, venue and scope to confirm we're the right studio for your wedding or event.

Custom Proposal & Contract
You'll receive a bespoke floral proposal outlining design direction, floral moments and investment. Once you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer secure your date on the calendar.

Design Development
We refine your floral direction — palette, textures, focal moments and installation concepts — alongside your planner and other creative partners, so every element feels intentional and cohesive.

Venue Walkthrough & Final Details
When appropriate, we conduct a venue walkthrough or site visit and finalize floor plans, focal pieces, guest counts and timing. Final design details, logistics and production timelines are locked in.

Sourcing & Production Week
Flowers are sourced from our trusted growers and wholesalers, processed and conditioned in-studio, and each arrangement is designed and prepared for transport with care.

The starting investment reflects the level of design, sourcing, staffing and production required to deliver a cohesive, editorial floral experience — including premium blooms, custom design, transportation, on-site installation and post-event strike. Proposals are then customized to your specific scope, floral style and venue.
What is included in a full-service floral proposal?+
Full-service typically includes personal florals, ceremony focal pieces, aisle details, cocktail hour arrangements, centerpieces and reception installations — along with flower sourcing, design planning, venue coordination, transportation, on-site design, styling and breakdown.
Do you offer à la carte or DIY floral packages?+
AD Florals is a full-service design studio, so we do not offer à la carte flowers, DIY buckets or partial-service florals for weddings. This allows us to design and execute every floral moment with the same level of intention and craft.
When should we begin planning our wedding florals?+
Most couples begin the floral design process nine to twelve months before their wedding, though we welcome inquiries earlier. Peak Spring, Summer and Fall dates book quickly, so reaching out early ensures we can hold your date.
How does pricing work for corporate and brand experiences?+
Corporate floral design and brand event experiences begin at $6,500 and are customized to the scale of the activation, venue, floral style and production timeline. Bloom bars, flower walls and intimate experiences are quoted based on scope.
