Once booked, we move into design development, sourcing, on-site production, event day execution and post-event breakdown — all managed in-house by our studio. Weddings are typically booked 9–14 months out, with peak-season Saturdays often secured 12+ months in advance. Corporate galas and brand activations should be booked as early as possible — ideally 3–6 months ahead. We accept a limited number of celebrations per weekend to protect the quality of every design. If your date is approaching, begin an inquiry.

We occasionally take on short-lead events when the date, scope and creative direction align. Reach out and we will let you know honestly whether we can deliver at our standard.

Final guest counts, layout and floral quantities are typically confirmed 30 days before the event, with final payment due at that time.

Investment covers concept design, sourcing of premium seasonal florals, hard goods and vessels, studio production, delivery, on-site installation, styling, strike and dedicated design leadership. Yes. A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer secures your date. A payment schedule is outlined in your contract, with the balance due 30 days before your event.

Yes. We take on select destination weddings, editorial shoots and brand activations across the U.S. and internationally. Travel, lodging and on-site production are quoted in your proposal — contact us with your destination details.

Before your call, we review your inquiry so we arrive prepared. On the 30-minute floral discovery call, we discuss your vision, venue, guest experience, palette direction and investment. Within 5–7 business days you receive a custom proposal with concept direction and pricing.

Once your proposal is approved, we send a signed agreement and retainer invoice. Your date is confirmed the moment both are received.

You are paired with our design team for ongoing collaboration — palette refinement, venue walkthroughs when appropriate, and design finalization approximately 60 days before your event. We coordinate directly with your planner, venue and production partners. See recent client testimonials.
