Alexis Denise is the Founder and Lead Floral Designer of Alexis Denise Floral Design, also known as AD Florals, a Brooklyn-based floral and event design studio creating luxury floral experiences for weddings, corporate events, galas, brand activations and immersive floral installations.

Since launching AD Florals in 2018, Alexis Denise has become known for romantic, structured and visually impactful floral design that does more than decorate a room. Her work shapes atmosphere, supports the flow of an event and creates the kind of floral moments guests remember long after the celebration ends.

With experience designing for distinguished venues including Hudson Yards, The Pierre Hotel, Capitale, 74Wythe, Jericho Terrace, Leonard’s Palazzo, The Inn at New Hyde Park, Mountainville Manor, The Estate at Florentine Gardens and The Rockleigh, AD Florals understands the level of planning, scale, staffing, timing and installation precision required for both intimate celebrations and larger weddings of 200+ guests.

Alexis Denise has also created floral experiences connected to notable brands and events including ESSENCE, Oprah Winfrey Network, OWN, LG Electronics, Molteni&C, HULU, National Action Network (NAN), PIX11 News, UPN 9 and WBLS Circle of Sisters. She has been selected as a featured Fleuriste for the internationally recognized Fleurs de Villes immersive flower show at Hudson Yards in 2021, 2022 and 2026, creating large-scale floral installations that blend art, fashion, culture and botanical storytelling.

Alexis Denise earned a Master of Public Administration from The City College of New York in 2012 and, since founding AD Florals, proudly holds a second kind of MPA: Master of Petal Artistry. Her background in leadership, planning and client service informs every part of the AD Florals experience, blending creativity with service excellence.

As a proud Brooklyn native, Alexis Denise brings New York sophistication, creative flair and full-service design to every event. Whether designing a romantic wedding ceremony, a polished ballroom reception, a corporate gala or a statement floral installation, her goal remains the same: create florals that feel intentional, elevated, and unforgettable.

When she’s not flowering, Alexis Denise is in “Muvva Mode” raising her 2-year-old son, Onyx, with her loving partner Rashad and on her doctoral journey studying Educational Leadership at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
